These people are experts at disguising the origin of the mails. Quite often there will be a very slight difference to your addy. A favourite trick is Ben and Ben , unless you look closely you can miss the extra space in the second one. The scam obviously does not come from you so don’t worry. Just keep your firewall and anti virus up to date and you’ll be fine. Good luck.

Just delete it. The return addresses on spam are usually phony anyway. They probably did not really send it from your account.
