Any lottery you ”win” without having bought a ticket is a scam.

It is a scam yes, as the saying goes “If its to good to be true, it probably is”

Now why they only as for basic things you say? when they get your phone details and address THEY WILL SEND YOU SPAM AND ADVERTISEMENTS, BE WARNED

chn_jjn9 on 4 July, 2009 at 4:40 pm #

Yes! It’s a scam!

You should:
Block the e-mail address which sent u the e-mail (To prevent getting more)

Delete the E-mail!

Here’s how they probably earn $ using this method:

1.They take yr personal info. to sell and earn $
2.They take yr credit card no. and buy stuff illegally.

So DO NOT reply to that e-mail!

Sorry friend. If you did not buy a ticket remember this. You don’t get anything for nothing, it’s a scam do not answer do not give personal information. The following sites give more information. The iinternet is safe enough if you are careful but please answer nothing that you are doubtful about.Good Luck and be careful.

no, they never ask for social security…if you are unsure if they are legal or not, request they put it in a bank account there for you..only on a bank wire will they request bank info..and they are at a much higher rate…..they normally take about one week for a courier to be assigned to the winning check
