This prize fund deposited in HSBC Bank and the head of the foreign transfer unit of the bank via the email adress to setup my temporal debit account to transfer the fund to my account.they asked to send the charge 850$ via western union to enable to open the account on my behalf .what ican do?

Scam, I get those all the time, in the future just remember, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
Its a scam, sorry to say. I have had many of these emails. The first one was very convincing, but common sense says that its just another rip off
Did you enter a lottery? If you did, you never have to pay to claim the prize. This is a widely used scam. Do not ever send money to claim a prize. I also received notice that I’d won the same prize. This was several years ago. First to win, you had to have entered…so unless you have…report it as fraud…God Bless
