Its a scam, sorry to say. I have had many of these emails. The first one was very convincing, but common sense says that its just another rip off

Did you enter a lottery? If you did, you never have to pay to claim the prize. This is a widely used scam. Do not ever send money to claim a prize. I also received notice that I’d won the same prize. This was several years ago. First to win, you had to have entered…so unless you have…report it as fraud…God Bless
