It’s a scam. You can’t win a lottery you didn’t enter.

As everyone else stated, it’s a scam.
One easy tell:
Why would a national lottery use a free e-mail address from GMail?
If you respond to them, the next step would be for them to ask you for money for processing fees and taxes for sending money from UK to US.
Don’t fall for it.
