There is no real answer with most email programs. If you are using Outlook, you can set “rules” on the handling of incoming emails, (i.e. emails containing certain key words go automatically to the trash folder) but the problem is that these emails often come from different email addresses and are formatted to appear legit to spam scanners.
The best cure for any spam is to keep tagging it as spam, and in the future be careful who you give your email address out to.
