So you’ve had your email address for 5 years? I’ve had mine for over 10 years and I still occasionally get this crap. Just use the spam button on UNOPENED MAIL! Don’t open and read it just so you can be ticked off again. NEVER, NEVER OPEN SPAM! When you do, you send your email address back to the spammer, who collects and sells that information to other spammers. And your spam load increases!!!!!!!!!!

You can block them.
Outlook Express;

Other mail servers have similar features and you can likely find them easiest searching for them yourself.
I just chose Outlook express because it is the most popular server.
I just set my spam filters fairly high and delete the junk that does appear.

Many mail servers come with spam blockers as part of the service.
