NO — that’s been a scam that has been going on.

Yahoo does not operate any lottery and any emails telling you that you did is bogus — a SCAM

Ignore it, delete it and never ever give your personal or financial information. Remember, there will be no scammers if there are no suckers so never fall for that trap
