UK Lottery
Lyael P asked:

The WWITC is the World Wide Internet Technology Companies. I recieved a notice that I was one of the winners of
The UK lottery, through an entry placed by the WWITC for my
randomly selected Email address. Is this a “Real Deal”
(legitimate) or is it leading to a scam operation?

It’s a scam. There are other scams like that i.e. the U.K. Microsoft lottery. They usually end up with a nigerian or other
african country address and they will require you to send back a portion of the winnings or send a deposit for the winnings. SPAM IT!
