Does anyone know if they had a drawing for email addresses in the UK lottery as well as the normal drawing?

It’s very simple. If he didn’t enter, then he didn’t win. I’d be willing to bet they’ll tell him he as to send money for some reason or another, usually using the excuse that it’s required by international law. No such law exists.
