i dont think so cause i got the same email, you should contact the person who sent u that email, i mean if u think its true then just contact them. but if u dont htink its true then mark it as spam

It’s a scam. Have you ever entered this lottery, or bought a ticket for it? I guarantee that if you answer the e-mail, they’ll ask you for one of the following: your bank checking account number, a credit card number or for you to send them money for prepayment of “taxes.” If you give them your checking account # they’ll take all of your money instead of putting any money in. Don’t fall for it! Just delete the message.
